Resident mixologist Lori Kudelski has created sumptuous sippers, including signature mocktails such as the Berry Mocktail-Pulpit that look and almost taste like a fully tippled concoction. The best part? You can knock these no-booze babies back all you want, sans the consequences.
Ingredients:
4 blackberries
4 raspberries
1/2 of lime quartered
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Directions:
Gently muddle lime, berries and simple syrup. Add crushed ice. Top with soda water. Stir well and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
